Kollywood at Murali Home.....

Tamil film industry paid rich tributes to Murali who died today morning due to massive cardiac arrest in Chennai. Murali’s body was kept in residence at Valasarawakkam for a public viewing so that everyone would pay homage to the departed soul.

Tamil actor Murali’s death came as a shock to everyone since he’s very young and also on the anvil of seeing through his son’s foray into movies.

Several Tamil celebrities like Superstar Rajinikanth, Arjun and Parthiban Sarath Kumar and his wife Radhika, Suriya, Shivakumar, Saravanan, Senthil, Vivek, Vaiyapuri, director Cheran, Thalaivasal Vijay, Vaagai Chandrasekaran, actress Nalini, Riyaaz Khan and his wife Uma, etc paid rich tributes to the departed soul.

In a mourning gesture, all film shootings and allied activities will be stopped for tomorrow. Members from various film unions would take part in the final procession and Murali’s final rituals and cremation would be carried tomorrow at Besant Nagar.

Murali died today morning at around 7:30 am and within no time film actors rushed to see him and consoled his family members.

Looks like Endhiran – Robot movie release will be postponed once again. Superstar Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai starrer Endhiran – Robot movie release has already had unprecedented expectations and further procrastination in the movie release might come in as a disappointment for the fan base.

Rajinikanth is meeting all top politicians and cinema celebrities in the country and inviting them for his second daughter’s marriage. Even Rajinikanth’s wife is also moving alongside and overseeing all lavish arrangements. Rajinikanth second daughter marriage is expected to take place in September and the star couple is very occupied in this connection.

All arrangements are being made for Endhiran – Robot movie release on November 5th, 2010 - for Diwali. There are also reports that Sun Pictures are trying hard to release Robo in September, but director Shankar has asked them for some time it seems to release the movie.

Vishal Movies BANNED

The Tamil Nadu Film Distributors Federation recently issued a statement banning actor Vishal’s future films. After the distributors of various districts met recently at the Film Chamber in the city, the body said that the actor’s banner G.K. Film Corporation never settled the heavy losses incurred by many distributors despite several reminders through telephone and mail. Hence, a decision was taken that Vishal’s forthcoming films will be boycotted, said the statement.

Vishal’s earlier films Sathyam and Theeradha Vilayattu Pillai failed to make it at the boxoffice. It may be recalled that Vijay faced a similar threat recently by the Federation and was bailed out by industry bigwigs.
