Who’s the Best Babai – Abbai Pair?

Jr. NTR made his Telugu movies debut in 2000 with Ninnu Choodalani as hero. Although his grandfather Sr. NTR and uncle (Babai) Balakrishna has proved their mettle in Telugu film industry, things were not easy for Jr. NTR. He slogged and finally made his way to the top league. Thanks to Balakrishna for his support all through.

Young Rebel Star Prabhas forayed into Telugu cinema in the year 2000 with his maiden movie Eshwar. Cut across, he has his Uncle (Peddananna) Krishnam Raju, who is a yesteryear established hero. Inevitably, Prabhas carried on from where his uncle left. Albeit his early Telugu movie carrier was not great, Prabhas later carved a niche for himself. Ascribe it to uncle Krishnam Raju’s encouragement.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan debuted in 2007 with Chirutha amidst fan glitter and festivity. Thanks to his father Mega Star Chiranjeevi. Ram Charan already made his mark on Telugu cinema with this second film. But many say that Ram Charan, in several scenes resembles his uncle (Babai) Pawan Kalyan.

Daggubati Rana’s first movie was Leader in 2010 and he already impressed everyone. But before that, he carries several privilege tags as grandson of Movie Moghul Rama Naidu, son of dynamic producer Suresh Babu. But topping all is his on-screen and off screen resemblance with his uncle (Babai) Victory Venkatesh. Several critics felt that Rana’s body language, voice modulation look like Venkatesh. Is Rana inspired by Venkatesh? Perhaps!

And who do you think is the best Uncle-Son (Babai – Abbai) pair?
